The Virginia Association for Commercial Real Estate (VACRE) is a coalition of organizations which are comprised of executives and professionals committed to promoting the ownership, use, and development of commercial real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Northern Virginia, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, was chartered in 1980 by a group of commercial real estate owners and developers with interests in the counties of Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun and Prince William and the city of Alexandria. Currently there are approximately 800 members, making it one of the largest NAIOP chapters in the United States.
HRACRE promotes the commercial real estate industry by educating its members on key issues, monitoring and addressing industry-related legislation, and taking the lead in the industry's evolution within the Hampton Roads region and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
