GRACRE is mindful that inclusive environments drive innovation and talent and takes seriously its outreach and service in this regard.
The purpose of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee is to lend an inclusive lens to all GRACRE events, initiatives, communications, and efforts. Ideally, a DEI representative is present at other committees’ meetings to serve as an additive, proactive champion for DEI, providing helpful suggestions and considerations. It is the committee’s responsibility to make sure that DEI is embedded in all of GRACRE’s events and decisions.
