GRACRE meets the Mayor!

The GRACRE Board of Directors met with the Mayor of Richmond to strengthen collaboration between the City and the commercial real estate industry. Key discussion areas included: expanding affordable housing production; improving City processes and operational efficiency; celebrating recent successes and development milestones; advancing underserved projects and investment opportunities; identifying and addressing barriers to industry progress; reviewing major upcoming initiatives such as City Center, the Diamond District, and Mayo Island; and exploring strategies to align regional partners in support of broader economic development goals.
