Liz Steele, Vice President of Business Development with GRS Title

Elizabeth G. Steele is Vice President of Business Development with GRS Title, a Kensington Vanguard company, in Richmond, Virginia where she has been working in the commercial real estate industry for more than 23 years. Liz received her J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law in Newark, New Jersey in 1993 and was in private practice for several years before going in-house with the claims division of AIG Environmental in New York, New York. In 1998, she relocated to Richmond Virginia where she has worked as commercial underwriting counsel and claims counsel for various national and regional title underwriters. She is mom to three, an avid runner and skier and a self-proclaimed “cranky yankee”.  

Catharine Spangler; Senior Vice President, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer

Catharine Spangler works exclusively on the investment sales side for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group specializing in single tenant net leased and retail investment sale transactions across the corporate platform. Her clients have included several local and regional developers, lenders and servicers, as well as institutional owners. Cathy is an expert in financial analysis, underwriting and valuation of income producing assets and during her tenure, has worked as a team analyst orchestrating the underwriting, marketing and process flow of some of the region’s most significant brokered investment grade transactions since 2010.

Paul Cooper; President, Chief Executive Officer - Retro Hospitality

In 2011, Paul founded Retro Hospitality - a Richmond based hotel consulting and management firm. Over the past nine years, Retro has been involved in many historic, adaptive re-use projects that have been converted into some of the most distinguished hotel and culinary destinations in Virginia.  

A boutique firm that has quickly grown into one of the largest operators and advisors of independent hospitality properties in the State. Current projects include Quirk Hotel Richmond, The Blackburn Inn and Conference Center Staunton, Quirk Hotel Charlottesville, The Dairy Market Food Hall Charlottesville, The Black Horse Inn Warrenton, the Hotel Petersburg, Halesford Harbour Inn Smith Mountain Lake, River’s Rest Marina and Resort Charles City, five (5) additional projects currently under development throughout Virginia and one in Georgia.  
Danny Holly, Senior Vice President JLL's Mid-Atlantic region
Danny Holly is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Mid-Atlantic region. His broad transaction experience includes both landlord and tenant representation, investment / occupier sales, site selection, disposition and land sales. He has been an integral player in some of the region’s most prestigious transactions and represents local, regional and national firms, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. Danny’s unique expertise in business management allows him to align clients’ real estate assets with their operational objectives.
Gibson Luck, Managing Director - Dominion Construction Partners
A veteran of the commercial construction industry, Gibson has over 20 years of commercial general contracting and construction management experience. His extensive and varied experience provides valuable insight for integrating construction means, methods, and systems to achieve overall project goals for quality, schedule, and cost. Gibson’s experience and knowledge includes a wide range of project types for both new construction and renovation. He has overseen complex projects within multiple markets, including healthcare, industrial, office, retail, institutional and historic rehabilitation. Gibson interacts regularly with Owners, Tenants, Subcontractors, Designers, and Suppliers to stay well informed with market trends. 
Loretta Cataldi, Principal and Managing Broker - Divaris Real Estate
Loretta Cataldi has joined Divaris Real Estate as Principal and Managing Broker for the Richmond office. Besides her role, she specializes in all aspects of sales and leasing for tenants and landlords throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Loretta has executed over four million square feet of commercial space over her twenty-plus year career.
She brings experience in Leasing, Development, Landlord Representation, Land Sales, Tenant Representation, Site Selection, Expansion Strategies to the Retail, Office, and Industrial sectors of commercial real estate. Her previous experience includes Property Management.
Megan Sullivan, Assistant Vice President - Colliers International
Megan joined Colliers in July 2015. She specializes in leasing office and medical office buildings representing both tenants and landlords. Having listed over 500,000 SF in Richmond, she’s worked with both regional and institutional property owners to implement successful leasing and sales strategies for office properties. She immediately began working in commercial real estate following graduation from University of Georgia in the spring of 2015 with a Business Administration degree in Real Estate.
Greta Harris, President and CEO - Better Housing Coalition
Greta J. Harris joined the Better Housing Coalition in August 2013 as President and CEO. Before joining BHC, she was vice president for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), a national nonprofit community and economic development corporation, where she provided strategic and managerial support to 10 of LISC’s local offices in southern and mid-western regions. Ms. Harris was appointed to the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors in 2016, and also serves on the boards of ChamberRVA and the Richmond Jazz Society. Greta is a member of Leadership Metro Richmond’s Class of 1995. Among her accolades, Greta was named a 2019 YWCA Outstanding Women Award winner; a 2018 Richmond Times Dispatch Person of the Year honoree; the Virginia Tech Black Alumni Association’s 2016 Philanthropist of the Year; and was recognized as a 2014 Outstanding Virginian by Equality Virginia. Greta earned her bachelor of architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and holds a master of science in architecture and urban design from Columbia University.
